Entergy Substation Testing

Project Description

Wildwood Power supported the efforts of a major national testing firm to complete a number of tightly scheduled substation outage. This project involved both the replacement of 220kV service aged oil filled circuit breakers as well as full greenfield substations.

Equipment tested included: SF6 Circuit Breakers, CCVT’s, SSVT’s, Reactor and Capacitor banks and a number of SEL line and differential relays. SEL relays included in the scope of work are: 451, 421, 311L and 487B.
